Stated objectives of 5 top ranked U.S. Mid Cap Value ETFs:

SYLD – The Cambria Shareholder Yield ETF utilizes a quantitative approach to invest in US equities with high cash distribution characteristics. The initial screening universe includes stocks in the United States with marketing capitalizations over $200 million. The ETF is comprised of the 100 companies with the best combined rank of dividend payments and net stock buybacks, which are the key components of shareholder yield. The ETF also screens for value and quality factors, including low financial leverage.

EZM – WisdomTree U.S. MidCap Fund* seeks to track the investment results of earnings-generating mid-cap companies in the U.S. equity market. Gain broad U.S. mid cap equity exposure to profitable companies. Use to complement or replace mid cap active and passive strategies with the potential for more favorable valuations.

RWK – The Invesco S&P MidCap 400 Revenue ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P MidCap 400® Revenue-Weighted Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities of mid-capitalization companies in the Index. The Index is constructed using a rules-based approach that re-weights securities of the S&P MidCap 400® Index according to the revenue earned by the companies, with a maximum 5% per company weighting. The Fund and Index are rebalanced quarterly.

SDY – The SPDR® S&P® Dividend ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P® High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index (the “Index”). The Index screens for companies that have consistently increased their dividend for at least 20 consecutive years, and weights the stocks by yield. Due to the index screen for 20 years of consecutively raising dividends, stocks included in the Index have both capital growth and dividend income characteristics, as opposed to stocks that are pure yield. The S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index is designed to measure the performance of the highest dividend yielding S&P Composite 1500 Index constituents that have followed a managed-dividends policy of consistently increasing dividends every year for at least 20 consecutive years. Stocks within the Index are weighted by indicated yield (annualized gross dividend payment per share divided by price per share) and weight-adjusted each quarter. The Index components are reviewed annually in January for continued inclusion in the Index and re-weighted quarterly after the closing of the last business day of January, April, July and October.

RFV – The Invesco S&P MidCap 400® Pure Value ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P MidCap 400® Pure Value Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Index measures the performance of securities that exhibit strong value characteristics in the S&P MidCap 400® Index. Value is measured by the following risk factors: book value-to-price ratio, earnings-to-price ratio and sales-to-price ratio. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced annually.
