The bottom in Energy equities still has not been put in. Therefore, we are continuing our accumulation of the Energy Select Sector SPDR® Fund (XLE : $XLE). There’s not much left in the market today that’s on sale. So, I went back to the old trusty iShares Residential Real Estate Capped ETF (REZ : $REZ) It’s currently sporting a 3.59% yield, but it is only 6.16% off it’s all-time-high. Folks, you gotta buy this stuff when it’s on sale.
