Yes I believe it is. In fact, I’ve reallocated my 401-k plan and 10% is invested in a REIT fund every paycheck. REIT’s seem to be the polar opposites of FAANG stocks! The tech’s will cliff dive and the REIT’s should begin a big ascent.
Agreed. REITs are a great Yin to the Yang of large cap growth.
