Today we started a new position in the iShares MSCI EAFE Small-Cap ETF (SCZ). This position was started as part of a barbell approach to holding a position in a Foreign Small Cap Value ETF, i.e. the Invesco FTSE RAFI Developed Markets ex-U.S. Small-Mid ETF (PDN). There are no good Foreign Small/Mid Cap Growth ETFs available at this time, so we are using SCZ as a proxy for Foreign Small/Mid Cap Growth equities.
