This is currently my favorite sector of all. Just as Bacon should be a food groups, forget sector….REIT’s should be an asset class! I find them to be the most unloved, undervalued in the entire stock market. Appreciation potential is 25%+ over next 12-18 months in my humble opinion.
Totally agree with you on REITs. Currently 22% of our portfolio. Great asset class!
