    1. Hi RC
You are indeed correct about not yet owning FIW.
The reason for this is that it hasn’t went “on sale” yet, since I’ve been tracking it.
I started tracking FIW on my daily charts back in May 2018.
Since that time, FIW has had very small dips in its’ price.
I track and intend to own all 31 ETFs in my list, but I only buy them when they go “on sale”.
I am building my portfolio in a very unconventional way.
Most portfolio managers and financial advisors recommend picking some funds, then picking an asset allocation, then rebalance the portfolio periodically.
      My approach is much different.
I only buy the ETFs I want to own when they are “on sale” and I don’t concern myself with rebalancing.
I’ll continue to build my portfolio over the next 15+ years, so I believe that some day, any, or all of these ETFs will have big sell offs.
I am patient and can wait as long as necessary to get into FIW.
I also track but do not yet own these ETFs: PDN, FXZ, FDN, FTCS, RFG, FVD, ITA, XLY, QLD.
15 years is a long time, but each asset class will eventually stumble, and I’ll be there to buy some shares.
I hope this helps explain why I don’t yet own FIW.
By the way, I wrote about Water ETFs when I wrote about Miscellaneous Sector ETFs right here:

Thank you for commenting on the Deep Value ETF Accumulator blog.
