Accumulated Some More Energy Equities Today (PXI)

We still don’t have a bottom in oil or oil related equities. So, we are back into accumulation mode of Energy Equities. Accumulated Some More REIT Equities Today (REZ)

There’s not much left in the market today that’s on sale. So, I went back to the old trusty iShares Residential Real Estate Capped ETF (REZ : $REZ) It’s currently sporting a 3.59% yield, but it is only 6.16% off it’s all-time-high.
